Directions
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and let it sizzle.
3. Then add finely chopped onion and curry leaves and cook for few minutes until the onions are translucent.
4. Add the ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and stir gently and cook for 2-3 minutes until it is soft.
5. Add the chicken and sauté it gently and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chili and mix well until the spices are well coated to the chicken.
7. Add half cup of water and cook the curry on medium flame for 20 -25 minutes until the meat is tender.
8. Enjoy it hot with rice or any kind of Indian bread!
