Looking for gluten-free and vegetarian recipes? Indian Cuisine, particularly South Indian, has a vast array of recipes which are naturally gluten-free and vegetarian as well. This four course menu will include:
- Onion bhaji - appetizers made with onions and chickpea flour
- Savoury crepes - made with chickpea and rice flour with some spices
- Tomato garlic chutney
- Sambar - made with lentils, vegetables and tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves
- Complimentary rice and pappadam
