For our special 10th year anniversary class, we will be teaching you how to cook authentic
North & South Indian curries like:

- Chicken korma (creamy sauce cooked with roasted onion, ground almond and some exotic spices)
- Aloo gobi (curry made with cauliflower and potato)
- Chicken vindaloo (spicy and tangy chicken curry)
- Coconut lentil curry (demonstrated in an instant pot)
- Complimentary: basmati rice and pappadam
