These days, we often find ourselves with little time to make an entire meal after a busy day. Participants will leave this class with a basic understanding of Indian spices, cooking techniques and a few wholesome recipes to use at home!
- Chickpea sundal - simple south Indian style salad tempered with some spices, curry leaves, and grated coconut
- Vegetable dalcha - spicy and tangy lentil curry made with vegetables and lentils
- Crepe - protein rich crepe made with chickpea flour, rice flour and seasoned with spices
- Tomato chutney - tangy sauce for the crepe
- Masala chai - aromatic tea with spices
- Basmati rice and pappadam - complimentary side dishes
