Quick Indian Meals

Fully vegetarian & gluten-free


These days, we often find ourselves with little time to make an entire meal after a busy day. Participants will leave this class with a basic understanding of Indian spices, cooking techniques and a few wholesome recipes to use at home!
  • Chickpea sundal - simple south Indian style salad tempered with some spices, curry leaves, and grated coconut
  • Vegetable dalcha - spicy and tangy lentil curry made with vegetables and lentils
  • Crepe - protein rich crepe made with chickpea flour, rice flour and seasoned with spices
  • Tomato chutney - tangy sauce for the crepe
  • Masala chai - aromatic tea with spices
  • Basmati rice and pappadam - complimentary side dishes
Workshop Details

Suitable for beginners and advanced cooks alike.

Hands-on learning, recipe handouts and a meal to share.

Protip: bring containers to take your creations home and an apron as we will not be providing one.
