Roasted Chickpeas
Directions
1. Rinse 2-3 times chickpeas and pat dry the chickpeas with a kitchen towel and keep it ready.
2. Then add the chickpeas in a bowl and add oil, salt, red chili powder, garlic powder and garam masala and mix well.
3. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and then add the masala chickpeas in a cookie tray and roast it for
25-30 minutes until it is crisp.
4. Once it is roasted store it in an airtight container for longer shelf life.
