Hi everyone, this is Chitra here, I just want to introduce myself further about my Indian culinary journey. Being a home chef I have a passion for cooking, and I have been teaching at the Guelph Con. Ed. for the past five years and I am expanding my business to reach more people outside the Guelph area. Since I come from the southern part of India I specialize in vegan and gluten-free Indian dishes which are naturally part of my culture. Finally, I'll be posting weekly info about my classes so stay tuned! here to edit.
