Classic Indian Dishes


In this class, learn how to cook some of the most classic Indian dishes.
  • Vegetable pakoras (appetizer cooked with cauliflower, spices and chickpea flour)
  • Sweet and sour tamarind chutney (chutney made with dates, tamarind and spices)
  • Hariyali chicken masala (green chicken curry made with mint, coriander and spices)
  • Channa masala (chickpeas cooked in a spicy tomato sauce)
  • Garlic naan 
Workshop Details

Suitable for beginners and advanced cooks alike.

Hands-on learning, recipe handouts and a meal to share.

Protip: bring containers to take your creations home and an apron as we will not be providing one.
