These Indian appetizers are a hit at every gathering! Try your hand at learning how to make these popular appetizers and a dessert as well to end the class on a sweet note.
  • Chicken samosas - made with minced chicken, potatoes, peas and aromatic spices
  • Samosa pastry - made from scratch with all purpose flour
  • Vegetable koftas - made with mixed vegetables, potatoes and grated paneer
  • Sweet and sour tamarind chutney - made from dates and tamarind to accompany the appetizers
  • Dessert - carrot halwa made with grated carrots and garnished with toasted cashews and raisins (made in an instant pot)
  • Complimentary masala chai
