  • Cauliflower tikka masala (curry made with tomatoes, ground almond, coconut milk and spices)
  • Tandoori Aloo (potatoes roasted with tandoori masala)
  • Saag palak lentil curry (made with spinach and seasoned with aromatic spices)
  • Roti (Indian bread made with durum wheat flour)
