Growing up in a southern part of India called Tamil Nadu, I learned to cook at a very young age. So I learned all the tricks of the trade from my mom and quickly became passionate about the wonderful art of Indian cooking!
Did you know that In India, every family has their own recipe for the same dish? That's right, so no two dishes taste exactly alike...amazing! There will always be subtle differences. In my recipes, I use my mom's method as a base and incorporate some of my own techniques and ingredients which I teach in my cooking classes. |
