Whether it's a relaxing get-together with friends or a team building workshop with your coworkers, we can help you host a great cooking event

Cooking Parties

Cooking parties can be lunches or dinners, and typically last 2-3 hours (depending on the complexity of the menu), spent preparing a three to four course meal. Then the rest of the evening is spent with your guests where you all enjoy the meal you've just made!

And what's better? It's hosted in your home, so don't be shy to decorate it accordingly to the Indian theme to match the food. You will learn specific cooking techniques and the instructor Chitra Saravanan, will be on hand to guide you and your guests. Similar to our cooking classes, the atmosphere is fun and relaxing, but you can really make it your own from the menu to the music!

The price per person is $65. Please note that cooking parties require a minimum of 7 people and the maximum depends on the size of the host's kitchen. If you have less than 7 guests, we can still accommodate you but we will charge for the minimum number of people. Please note that there is an additional $50 conveyance fee.

Virtual Group Cooking Class

You can sign up for a virtual group cooking class if you have a minimum of 10 people interested in participating. Please discuss the details of your group cooking class with Chitra before submitting your deposit.

Private Cooking Classes

You can also have your own personalized cooking class with a group of friends at the Puslinch Community Centre. Please note that classes require a minimum of 8 people and cost $65 per person. However small class sizes can be accommodated at $80+ per person.

Lunch & Learn Events

Lunch & Learns are the perfect daytime event for a staff party, team-building event, bachelorette party/bridal shower, or a birthday party. Our lunch & learn format is the ideal way to spend your lunch hour with an exciting demonstration and gourmet meal prepared by the guests with help from the instructor. Lunch & Learns are a fun and easy way to explore new cooking techniques and dishes, and to learn more about the food, culture and history from a different region.

Lunch & Learns are ideal for groups of 10-50. Classes typically run for an hour, but timing can be adjusted to suit your schedule.
