Krisha Indian Cooking School will not be held responsible for any damage, injury or loss whatsoever caused by or to any person at or attending the class.
Additionally, we do our best to be transparent about food allergens, but we cannot be held liable for damage, injury or loss due to contact with allergens in our classes, parties or catering events.
Please note that if you are bringing a guest under the age of 18, you are solely responsible for their safety and well-being. We are unable to supervise them in any capacity.
Krisha Indian Cooking School holds the right to cancel a class due to inadequate registration.

Cancellation/Refund and Exchange Policy
Please make sure you are available on the designated date and time prior to registering for a class, as we are a small cooking school, we do not offer refunds, credits or transfers for missed classes, and cannot grant exceptions. If you are unable to attend a class, please feel free to have someone else take your place.
Please note that your ticket for this workshop/cooking event is treated like a concert event or sporting event ticket in that all sales are final.
Once a class is sold out, no exchanges or cancellations/refunds can be made.
In the case of inclement weather, unless we notify you via email/phone, please note that classes will be running as scheduled.

Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates may be redeemed for cooking classes only and have no cash value. Additionally, gift certificates are non-transferrable and may not be sold or re-sold. Krisha Indian Cooking School is not responsible for loss or theft of the certificate.
Once registered for a class, the recipient's spot is reserved and the gift certificate is considered redeemed/used. Please note that all gift certificate sales are final.
If you have a gift certificate and are unable to attend a class, the above cancellation policy still applies.
